October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is national breast cancer awareness month. We definitely have some items that may bring some happiness to that special someone in your life who has either gone through it or is going through it. Two apples that are great for this occasion would be our Pink M&M's, Pretty in Pink Apples or our Sweetheart Gift Basket. They are great gifts for Mothers, Sisters, Breast Cancer Survivors or just to say "I love you". Sticky Fingers will also be supporting our local breast cancer organization through donations this month.

New Sales Location at Sweet Dreams Ice Cream in NJ

Welcome to Sweet Dreams Ice Cream as they are the newest place that we willl be selling our items in Brigantine, NJ starting this week. There will be a nice varitey of confections to choose from; so if your in the area come on down and pick up one or more of our gourmet apples at this fine store. Thank you to everyone that came out this past weekend and who helped make the Taste of Home Cooking Show and Colonie Harvest Festival a Huge Success. Our company is certainly looking forward to attending many more events this upcoming fall season and it's always great when we get to meet and talk to our customers. Taste of Home Cooking Show & Colonie Harvest Fest

We are going to be really busy this weekend selling at a few events; so if you have the time swing down and visit us. On Friday we are going to be at the Taste of Home Cooking Show on Friday 8/18/09 from 5-9 at the Cohoes High School, then the Crossings Farmers Market on Sat 8/19/09 from 9-1 and Finally back to the Crossings on Sunday from 12-5 for the Annual Harvest Fest. It's going to be a great time for families and tons of things for everyone to do. We are going to have a large variety of confections to offer plus some new items. New Sales Location at The Apple Barn in VT

We will be selling many of our wonderful gourmet confections starting August 23, 2009 at The Apple Barn in Bennington, VT. We will be there through the fall and possibly in the off season. Not only will our items be available; they have many other wonderful treats to choose from. It's Not That Far Away!

Here we are in the middle of summer with the temperature high and skies bright. Although we are only half way through this hot month of August those special events on your calendar are going to be coming up sooner than you think. It's time to start thinking about the fall weddings, office parties, holiday gatherings or any other special event you may be planning. We offer a service on our site at no charge to you called Order Now & Ship Later; and how it works is during checkout just put the date that you would like your items to arrive and then we'll take it from there. It's always best if you have them arrive a day or so before you need them. Our event calendar is filling up fast so drop us an email if you have questions about a certain time for your big event.

Fill-A-Back Pack at The Crossings Park in Colonie

We will be at the Town of Colonie Crossing Park on Wednesday August 12th from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at the Fill-A-Back Pack event. Come support our students in North & South Colonie Schools who need a little extra help in filling their backpacks with school supplies! We will be selling all our apples, including our Red Candy apples, gourmet pretzel sticks, chocolate covered caramel popcorn and more.
